RULES

• You must contact Lisa Thompson at Cheer Ltd if you are interested in participating in this program. Certificates and earned stars will not automatically be sent to each coach/customer.
• Award program will run from May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008.
• A coach's star count will be reset April 30, 2008 for the following year's incentive program.
• One coach per team is eligible.
• If a coach transfers programs/schools, star(s) stay with the coach.  If a coach is no longer coaching, he/she can "gift" his/her current star count to a specified coach at the program/school in which he/she coached.
• Stars are awarded when event/service is paid in full and/or after the event/service, whichever comes last.  Stars are not awarded for any event/service that has been discounted or combined with a special promotion or incentive program.  Cheer Ltd. reserves the right to award partial star(s) to a coach who receives a minimal discount, promotion or incentive for an event/service.
• The event/service must be paid in full and conclude within the annual program dates in order to receive a star for that incentive year.
• An event, in which there is an option of more than a one-time participation, can only be awarded the corresponding star one time per incentive year (i.e. regional competitions, clinics).  For example, if a coach and his/her team compete in two regional competitions, a maximum of one star will be awarded to that particular coach for attending a regional competition.
• When registering multiple teams for a Cheer Ltd. regional competition, camp, and/or clinic, only the coach/contact listed will be credited corresponding star(s) until which time Cheer Ltd. is notified (in writing by fax, email, or mail) as to the actual coach for each team.  Coaches wishing to participate in the 5-Star Incentive Program should make certain his/her name is listed with his/her team either at the onsite registration (on the Team Directory) or with the appropriate Cheer Ltd. staff.  This can also be done by contacting Lisa Thompson at Cheer Ltd.
• The 5-Star treatment will begin immediately following receipt of the fifth star and will continue through the following program year.  (For example, if a coach earns his/her fifth star at the 2007 Cheer Ltd. Nationals at CANAM in March, he/she will receive a free registration for the 2007 NCC and be able to take advantage of the 5-Star coach perks from March 18, 2008 - April 30, 2009.)
• Standard registration to the 2008 National Cheer Conference in Fayetteville, NC, May 15 - 18, 2008 is the ultimate reward for earning 5 stars during the incentive year.  Registration (valued at $ 285) must be completed as any other delegate by the on-time registration deadline.  Contact Lori Wickham at Cheer Ltd. for more information on the NCC.
