2012 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The Cheer Mall - A NEW TWIST in 2012. One day of shopping and selling - coaches, cheerleaders, and parents!! More opportunity to interact and sell your products!
EDGE-U-Cation Week could include you! We've kept the Cheer Mall as part of our new coach and cheerleader education because it is consistently one of the highlights of the event.
DETAILS
The Cheer Mall will be open Sunday, June 17 from 11am - 5pm. EDGE-U-Cation Week takes place on the campus of Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. The Cheer Mall will be part of our transition day between coach EDGE-U-Cation and cheerleader EDGE-U-Cation. Here are the people shopping on Sunday:
- Coaches, Mentors and Specialists who attend conference.
- National Cheerleader of the Year Scholarship Competition - All Star and Scholastic Finalists and their coaches/supporters.
- Cheerleaders who are coming on campus to register and begin our residential camp - Cheerleader EDGE-U-Cation!
- Parents are invited to shop too during registration.
- Local guests who have been given Cheer Mall Shopping Passes.
How many total people will you see? That's a great question. New year, new format, all new expectations. We have no "apples-to-apples" comparisons to share with you because it is so different this year, but one thing we do know...we make every effort to make it worth your time and money! Here are some examples:
- Web presence (logo and link) available starting in May to registered coaches. (EDGE-U-Cation webpages accessible only by login)
- Additional sponsorship opportunities offered to maximize visibility and exposure to more individuals.
- Low application fee ($ 200 if you register by 3/1/2012) as an incentive to lock in your participation since we can't give you an estimated attendance.
- Continued promotion of vendor products and services throughout June, July, and August to our private camp coaches and cheerleaders (vendors responsible to supply promotional material for Cheer Ltd distribution).

We've added a few options to your registration and hope you will take full advantage of them! Customize your experience by adding on booth extras, sponsorships or advertising to your registration. Some are limited to the first 1, 2, 3, etc, so make sure and register early if you want a limited add-on or upgrade! Here is a brief description of each:
Booth Position Selection - Some vendors in the past have requested that they choose their 'space.' Cheer Ltd does not set the layout; it is done by our contracted event decorator, Carolina Convention Services & Rentals. But, if you do want the opportunity to see the layout and choose where your booth with be, then check this and add $ 75 to your registration! You will be sent the layout the end of May; order will be based on registration date. (Maximum 3)
Booth Assistant - We understand the economy has lowered travel budgets and many companies have had to cut travel and extras. If you are a one-person company or would like to come, but sending just one person to man your booth would not work for 'business,' then we are offering you the perfect option...a booth assistant! This person will be one of our best staffers (you can request a guy or a girl) who will help you set up, sell, clean up...help you with almost anything (within reason of course!) (Maximum 5)
Meet-n-Greet Headliner - Friday night, June 15 is the first night of the Coach EDGE-U-Cation conference. This is an informal kick off to the weekend at one of our favorite restaurants, ScrubOaks. As a headliner, you will be given exclusive advertising and promotional rights to sell, introduce, and promote your product/service. You can attend if you want, be we are more than happy to announce your company, set out promotional materials, and 'headline' your sponsorship. We'd of course LOVE for you to be their as the VIP guest, but understand if it won't work out for you to come early. We'll work with you specifically on how that night can be 100% worthwhile for you and your company. (Available to only 1 company)
NCYSC Sponsorship - The finals for the National Cheerleader of the Year Scholarship Competition will once again be held during this annual event. The competition this year will be divided into two groups - All stars and scholastic. Two sponsorships will be available, one for each. 50% of the sponsorship fees will be added to the scholarship fund that will be awarded directly to the winner and 50% will be used to cover the hospitality room expenses for the finalists. This is one of our favorite opportunities and sincerely hope we have two companies willing to step up and support our talented scholar athletes.
Enhanced Website Listing - Instead of just a small logo and link, you can have a simple graphic banner ad or a flash banner ad placed on the EDGE-U-Cational web section. Positioning will be decided upon based on regisration date, but all locations will be top of page and will make your company stand out above the rest! With the enhanced listing you will also receive as a bonus, inclusion in all eblasts that are sent out to EDGE-U-Cation coaches. (Maximum 8)
Sponsor a Coach - Do you know a coach who really would like to attend or who needs more education to really make their team(s) better? This is the opportunity for you!!! If you think this is an AMAZING idea (like us) but don't know a specific coach to sponsor...then let us choose! We would love to do a facebook contest to find the perfect coach for you to sponsor. This sponsorship will pay all the application fees for the campus package. The only thing the coach would be responsible for is the travel. WHAT A SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY THIS IS...please consider adding this to your application and we'll make sure everyone knows you sponsored a coach! (Maximum 77)
