NATIONAL CHEERLEADER OF THE YEAR

This National Cheerleader of the Year Scholarship Competition (NCYSC) is currently in the nomination stage. If you have a cheerleader that is a current Junior or Senior in High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA with outstanding leadership skills, exemplary community service, and has top-level talent, then please download the form below and send in your nomination(s). There is not a limit to how many cheerleaders can be nominated from one school/program/gym. Nominations will be accepted through January 31, 2008.

After nominations are received the cheerleader will receive a nomination packet with instructions for acceptance and the steps to submitting a portfolio for Stage Two of the competition (Feb 29, 2009 deadline). After the National Selection Committee selects the finalists (maximum of 50), Stage Three of the scholarship competition will take place in Fayetteville, NC on May 15-18, 2008 at the National Cheer Conference - "CheerCon".
