NATIONAL CHEERLEADER OF THE YEAR

This National Cheerleader of the Year Scholarship Competition (NCYSC) is currently in the nomination stage. If you have a cheerleader that is a current Junior or Senior in High School (2010-11 school year) with a minimum 3.0 GPA with outstanding leadership skills, exemplary community service, and has top-level talent, then please download the form below and send in your nomination(s). There is not a limit to how many cheerleaders can be nominated from one school/program/gym. Nominations will be accepted through December 31, 2010.

After nominations are received the cheerleader will receive a nomination packet with instructions for acceptance and the steps to submitting a portfolio for Stage Two of the competition (due in Feb 2011). After the National Selection Committee selects the finalists (maximum of 50), Stage Three of the scholarship competition will take place in Fayetteville, NC on May 20-22, 2011 at the National Cheer Conference - "CheerCon".
