Online Registration is not difficult, it just has a few steps. Please read through ALL the steps so you are prepared when you sit down to register!

Here are some hints about using the system...

• STEP ONE CREATE AN ACCOUNT: coach or team manager will create an account...takes less than 2 minutes. Create a password that is not personal, but could be passed along to another coach or team manager when needed.
• STEP TWO BUILD ROSTER: "add" each competitor to the system that is currently in your program/gym/organization. IMPORTANT Have each team member's waiver information accessible during this step (address, parent/guardian info, birthdate, insurance company/policy #, emergency contact info, email address of parent/guardian).
• You can login and logout endless times and all information will be stored. You can complete STEP TWO over several logins if necessary. IDEA: Have each of your coaches enter his/her own roster info so the time entering can be divided!
• STEP THREE REGISTER: for one or multiple events. Be prepared with your rosters for those teams you will be registering. You will select and event, select a division, and then select the competitors...all by simple clicks of your mouse!
• STEP FOUR PAY: have your payment information (credit card, PO or check). You will be entering your credit card information OR checking a box for another payment method and sending your payment through snail mail!
• For an average team of 18, it will take you about 25 minutes to complete all information start to finish....well worth the time it will save you in the future. Here are some of the benefits of using the system to register...

• Fill out the information for each competitor ONE TIME and all rosters and waivers are auto-filled - no copying waivers, no distributing to parents/guardians, and the hardest task of all...NO MORE COLLECTING.
• After the coach/team manager has completed the registration process, an email will direct each parent/guardian from The1Form to login and electronically sign his/her son/daughter's waiver. THIS WILL COMPLETE THE WAIVER PROCESS FOR ALL CHEER LTD EVENTS FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR!
• If used correctly, this system will allow you to have a PAPERLESS registration process for all Cheer Ltd Regional Championships. No more faxing or sending in your registration forms...no more collecting waivers...no more bringing waivers to the event at check in. STRESS-FREE and SIMPLE!
