PRICING & REGISTRATION

2010-11 Regional Championships Registration Fees


Team Divisions:
$ 30 per cheerleader (2 coaches admitted FREE/team); Crossovers* pay $ 10
Collegiate Team Divisions: $ 250 (flat rate per team)
Cheer/Dance Individuals: $ 50 per competitor
Stunt Group: $ 150 per team

*Crossover is a compeitor that competes on more than one team division. For example a cheerleader competing on a Senior All Star team also competes on a Senior Jazz team in the same school or organization.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Registration fees must be received by Cheer Ltd. ten (10) days prior to the event.  No registrations will be accepted after 3:00pm the Thursday prior to the event. The following late registration fees apply if received after this deadline: 

  • TEAM DIVISIONS - $ 10 per competitor;
  • CHEER / DANCE INDIVIDUALS: $ 50 per competitor;
  • STUNT GROUPS - $ 50 per entry.

Divisional changes made after the on-time registration date will also be subject to a $ 75 administrative change fee (per change).

Note: You must pre-register for Cheer Ltd Competitions; no onsite registration accepted.

Compete in a Regional for FREE!

Register "super early," by November 2, 2010, for Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM – and pay your $ 1,000 team deposit ($ 500 per team if you have four teams or more) – and you can attend the Cheer Ltd Regional competition of your choice for free! If you wish to attend a Soffe Spirit Open Championship, you can receive 50% off your registration (registration would be $ 29 per competitor).
Note: Not retroactive (you must register for Cheer Ltd Nationals before the Regional event you are planning to attend for free.) Deposit will be returned if you fail to score 70% of the total points possible.

 


DEADLINES & REGISTRATION DETAILS

Registration deadline for all Cheer Ltd's championships is 10 days prior to the event date. If you register after that day at midnight, your late fee(s) will be added and must be paid in order to be cleared to compete.

Late registrations are accepted until 3:00pm the Thursday before the event weekend. Only credit card payments will be accepted if registering late enough to not receive AND process a check or money order payment in time. This is solely at the discretion of Cheer Ltd's accounting department.

Deadline to have each team parent/guardian electronically sign the paperless universal waiver is the Wednesday before the event date no later than midnight.

School purchase orders are accepted as a temporary form of payment to avoid late fees. Payment by check or credit card must be received PRIOR to event date in order to be cleared to compete. A P.O. is a guarantee of payment but is not considered payment.

Late fees: per competitor for team divisions and per individual/group for individuals and stunt groups.

Divisional Changes: a administrative fee will be collected for any changes mae to a division within 10 days prior to the event date. Divisional changes can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date without penalty.

All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If Cheer Ltd cancels an event due to inclement weather, registration fees will be transferred to another Cheer Ltd event or fully refunded.

Cheer Ltd reserves the right to determine sufficient registration for division(s) and or an event.

 

FORMS

Online registration - Manage your team rosters and waivers simply by using Cheer Ltd's online registration system. Your registration could be COMPLETELY PAPERLESS by using this system. Enter competitors' information ONE time and roster(s) and waiver(s) are (almost) completed for your team for the entire year!

If you used the system last year, then this year will be simple. Just go into your account and update your roster!

MEMBER RULES AND POLICIES

  • $ 99 per card (per competitor).
  • Unlimited entry to Cheer Ltd Regionals and Soffe Open Championships.
  • Championship entry applies to team divisions only (individual and stunt group divisions excluded).
  • Membership valid September 1, 2009 - August 31, 2010.
  • Go Cards can be purchased online at www.cheerltd.com, by downloading FORM and submitting full payment, or by calling Cheer Ltd.
  • One free coach card for every 20 purchases.
  • A Go Card cannot be sold or transferred (person to person).
  • No full or partial refunds given.
  • If a Go Card member's school, gym, or team affiliation changes prior to the card's expiration date, a replacement card can be obtained upon surrender of the original card. Original card must be sent to Cheer Ltd and a new card will be sent to Go Card member within 14 business days at no charge.
  • If a Go Card is lost or stolen, a fee of is required to receive a new card.
  • Go Card membership will be verified prior to each competitive event.
  • Go Card discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special.
  • Not abiding by Go Card rules and policies may result in a forfeiture of membership and Go Card privileges.
  • Picture ID may be required to obtain onsite member discounts, gifts, etc.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS and SPECIALS

All discounts and promotions can only be redeemed by Go Card member for Go Card member's fees. Clinics, specials, promotional items cannot be transferred or gifted to any other non-Go Card member.

  • Free entry into Cheer Ltd Regional and Soffe Open Championships
    • If competing, this applies to team divisions only.
    • Individual and stunt group division registration applies.
  • 10% off Cheer Shoppe Team Merchandise
    • Valid toward team purchases only and must be ordered directly through The Cheer Shoppe.
    • Discount will not be applied to items exceeding the number of Go Card members for that team.
  • 10% off National CheerCon Registration
    • Standard or Full Campus packages only.
    • Discount cannot be applied to certifications and/or credentialing.
  • 10% off Cheer Ltd Private Summer Camp or Clinic
    • Standard camp/clinic minimums still apply.
    • Base registration fee only; not applicable to travel fees.
    • Discount applied to Go Card members registration fee only (in the event there are non-members attending clinic).
  • 10% off National Cheer Judges Certification Clinic
    • Cannot be applied to a clinic held in conjunction with a conference or special event.
  • $ 10 off Cheer Ltd Nationals Celebration Party Ticket (Friday Night at Club Kryptonite)
    • Maximum purchase - one ticket.
  • $ 5 off NCSSE course
    • Standard registration price
    • Cannot be applied to a NCSSE course held in conjunction with a conference or special event.

Cheer Ltd is not responsible for event cancellations due to inclement weather, insufficient team registrations, or other unforseen occurances.
One school/organization payment for a team's Go Cards is preferred. Individual checks/credit cards will not be accepted.
