2011-12 Regional Championships consist of TWO LEVELS of events - School and Rec Championships and THE EDGE Championships. The School and Rec Championships are all flat rate team pricing and THE EDGE Championships are per competitor pricing.

School and Rec Championships:
Team Divisions: $ 350 per team (2 coaches admitted FREE/team); No Crossover* Fees
Collegiate Team Divisions: $ 250 (flat rate per team)
Cheer/Dance Individuals: $ 50 per competitor
Stunt Group: $ 150 per team

THE EDGE Championships:
Team Divisions: $ 40 per competitor (2 coaches admitted FREE/team); Crossover* - $ 10 per competitor for each additional team division
Collegiate Team Divisions: $ 250 (flat rate per team)
Cheer/Dance Individuals: $ 50 per competitor
Stunt Group: $ 150 per team

*Crossover is a competitor that competes in more than one team division. For example a cheerleader competing on a Senior All Star team also competes on a Senior Jazz team in the same school or organization.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Registration fees must be completed online ten (10) days prior to the event in order to NOT pay late fees. The following late registration fees apply if received after this deadline: 

• School and Rec Championships - TEAM DIVISIONS - $ 100 late fee per team;
• THE EDGE Championships - TEAM DIVISIONS - $ 10 per competitor;
• CHEER / DANCE INDIVIDUALS: $ 50 per competitor;
• STUNT GROUPS - $ 50 per entry.

NO registrations will be accepted after 3:00pm the Thursday prior to the event.

Divisional changes made after the on-time registration date will also be subject to a $ 75 administrative change fee (per change).

Note: You must pre-register for Cheer Ltd Competitions; no onsite registration accepted.

Compete in a Regional for FREE!

Register "super early," by November 1, 2011, for Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM – and pay your $ 1,000 team deposit ($ 500 per team if you have four teams or more) – and you can attend the Cheer Ltd Regional competition (School and Rec Championships or THE EDGE Championships) of your choice for free! If you wish to attend a Soffe Open Championship, you can receive 50% off your registration (registration would be $ 34 per competitor).
Note: Not retroactive (you must register for Cheer Ltd Nationals before the Regional event you are planning to attend for free.) SCHOLASTIC/REC/DANCE Teams - Deposit will be returned if you fail to receive a bid.

Registration deadline for all Cheer Ltd's championships is 10 days prior to the event date. If you register after that day at midnight, your late fee(s) will be added and must be paid in order to be cleared to compete.

Late registrations are accepted until 3:00pm the Thursday before the event weekend. Only credit card payments will be accepted if registering late enough to not receive AND process a check or money order payment in time. This is solely at the discretion of Cheer Ltd's accounting department.

School purchase orders are accepted as a temporary form of payment to avoid late fees. Payment by check or credit card must be received PRIOR to event date in order to be cleared to compete. A P.O. is a guarantee of payment but is NOT considered payment.

Divisional Changes: a administrative fee will be collected for any changes made to a division within 10 days prior to the event date. Divisional changes can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date without penalty.

All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If Cheer Ltd reschedules an event due to inclement weather, registration fees will be transferred to the rescheduled date or to another event of your choice.

Cheer Ltd reserves the right to determine sufficient registration for division(s) and or an event.

Online registration - Manage your team rosters and waivers simply by using Cheer Ltd's online registration system. Enter Roster info and your waivers and roster(s) are auto-filled. Print, sign, and only submit one for the entire year by using this system. Use your same account to register online for Soffe Opens too!

If you used the system last year, then this year will be simple. Just go into your account and update your roster!
