Judging & Qualifying
Coaches will have the opportunity to meet with the nationally certified judges during a short post-competition debriefing immediately following all Cheer Ltd Regionals. This provides the option for even more education and explanation of your routine, scoring, and comments. Get educated - study the score sheets and the skills grids so you know what the judges will be looking for and how they will be judging. *PRESTATE competitions provide another layer of education for High School teams attending the NCHSAA State Championship in Nov...You get to have your stunts and skills evaluated by an expert safety judge, trained specifically for these events according to the NEW rules. And all legal stunts if performed the same at the State Championship will be cleared. This means less stress!

Scholastic, Recreation, and Dance teams must qualify in order to compete at Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM. Performances are evaluated and given bids according to their level of performance and the potential to successfully compete at a national level competition successfully. (A minimum of 65% of the points possible is required to even be considered for a bid.)

Doors open one hour before the posted event start time. At that time, spectators can enter. (Coaches and competitors can check in 90 minutes prior to the event start time to get ready for warm up.)

Admission for Spectators is $ 8.00
Children 10 years and under - FREE

Order of Appearance
The order of appearance is posted in this section the Wednesday prior to the event and will give estimated performance times and event ending time; however, registration additions/changes may cause significant changes to those times. Remember that the order of appearance is subject to change. Cheer Ltd makes every effort to notify the team contact/coach if the order changes significantly enough to possibly alter travel plans.

Event results will be posted under "Results" of each Cheer Ltd event category no later than noon the Tuesday following the event.
