Pricing
- $ 68 per competitor - team divisions
- $ 20 per crossover*
- $ 400 flat rate - collegiate team divisions
- $ 50 - individual cheerleader/dancer
- $ 150 - stunt group
* Crossover is defined as a competitor competing in more than one team division. Crossover fees are charged for each team division a competitor is entering after the first. (I.e. a competitor is entering a Junior Cheer Level 2, a Junior Level 4, and a Senior Level 3...this competitor would pay $ 68 for the first division and an additional $ 40 ($ 20 x 2 for the other two divisions.) Competitors competing in a team division and/or an individual or stunt group division are not considered crossovers.
Late Fees
Late fees are applied if registration is not received at least 10 days prior to the event date. If you register after the deadline date at midnight, your late fee(s) are automatically added and must be paid in order to be cleared to compete.
Late registrations will be accepted until 3pm the Thursday prior to the event with the late fee.
Only credit card payments will be accepted if registering late enough to not receive AND process a check or money order payment in time. This is solely at the discretion of Cheer Ltd's accounting department.

Registration
All registrations are processed through Cheer Ltd's custom built registration system. School/Organization check, money order, Visa/Mastercard are accepted for payment.

School purchase orders are accepted as a temporary form of payment to avoid late fees. Payment by check or credit card must be received PRIOR to event date in order to be cleared to compete. A P.O. is a guarantee of payment but is NOT considered payment.

Divisional Changes: a administrative fee will be collected for any changes made to a division within 10 days prior to the event date. Divisional changes can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date without penalty.
All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Compete in a Soffe Open Championship for HALF OFF!
Register "super early," by November 1, 2011, for Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM – and pay your $ 1,000 team deposit ($ 500 per team if you have four teams or more) – and you can attend a Soffe Open Championship for 50% off your registration (registration would be $ 34 per competitor).
Note: Not retroactive (you must register for Cheer Ltd Nationals before the Regional event you are planning to attend for free.) SCHOLASTIC/REC/DANCE Teams - Deposit will be returned if you fail to receive a bid.
If Cheer Ltd reschedules an event due to inclement weather, registration fees will be transferred to the rescheduled date or to another event of your choice.
Cheer Ltd reserves the right to determine sufficient registration for division(s) and or an event. A single team/performance in a division does not constitute a refund or a transfer. Cheer Ltd understands the desire to have competition for each team registering for an event. But, with the number of divisions offered in the spirit industry for cheer and dance teams, it is impossible to guarantee multiple teams in each division offered. Cheer Ltd does make every effort to accommodate divisional transfer requests, within reason, up until the time when the order is posted publically. After the order is made public, divisional changes may or may not be possible (but will by charged the $ 75 administrative change fee).
Online registration - Manage your team rosters and waivers simply by using Cheer Ltd's online registration system. Enter Roster info and your waivers and roster(s) are auto-filled. Print, sign, and only submit one for the entire year by using this system. Use your same account to register online for Soffe Opens too!
If you used the system last year, then this year will be simple. Just go into your account and update your roster!
