Orders of Appearance are usually posted by 5:00PM the Wednesday prior to the event.

If the order is currently not posted and it is after 5pm Wed, we may have taken it down to make changes. Last minute registrations or changes to the schedule may impact our ability to make the order public as scheduled. We try to post a schedule that is as close to the actual as possible to assist with accurate planning and travel arrangements. We know you are as eager to see the schedule as we are to post it. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE TO CHECK ON THE ORDER. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AS WE ARE WORKING ON THE SCHEDULES!

For SUPER BOWL Planning Purposes...The Soffe VA Open Championship in Richmond, VA will start at 11:30 AM so the event can be completed no later than 5:45pm. This should allow everyone to watch their favorite cheerleader(s) AND cheer on their favorite team! Doors will open at 10 AM for coaches and spectators (no earlier!). We are opening the doors 30 minutes earlier than normal for everyone. REMINDER: VCU requires all spectators go through a security scan/check so please be patient upon entering the facility and the event. If you have any questions, please contact your coach.
