2011 PACKAGES, PRICING & ACCOMMODATIONS

You choose! Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM offers the Ultimate Housing Package or the Competition Only Package. You decide which one meets your accommodation needs, travel "experience," and travel budget best!

All competitors at Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM must purchase one of the two package plans. A team and/or program must all be on the same package.

Ultimate Housing Package

Want to stay at a hotel other than the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center? Just want to come and compete? This basic package is for those wanting to customize their nationals trip to fit a specific budget and not have the luxury of the "everything done for you" trip!

Weekend Pass - entrance to any competition event during the 3 days of Nationals

One Day Pass - entrance to any one day of Nationals

TWO COACHES FREE PER TEAM*

Register your team(s) for any plan (Ultimate Housing or Competition Only), and two coaches per team will get their package for free!

  • Coaches will receive the same package as their team.*
  • For housing packages, the coach receives a free plan based on quad housing prices.  If another housing option is preferred (i.e. single, double, triple), the coach will pay the difference. *
  • A "team" cannot be made up of more than 25% crossovers. If at least 75% of the team is not comprised of  "new" competitors, it is not defined as another team for the free coach incentive and therefore would not qualify for any free coaches.*
  • Cannot be combined with any other discount, special offer or promotion.*

LOW CROSSOVER FEES
At Cheer Ltd Nationals, you can cross-compete from a cheer division to ONE dance division with NO ADDITIONAL FEE! Competitors who compete on more than one cheer or dance team will pay a $ 50 registration fee. Team members competing in the Individual Cheerleader and/or Stunt Group Competition are not considered "cross-competitors" and will pay additional registration fee(s) as outlined above.

POLICIES...DATES...DEADLINES

Deposits
Super Early Deposit: Register by November 2, 2010 - with your team deposit ($ 1000 per team or $ 500 per team if you have four or more teams attending) - and you can compete in a Cheer Ltd Regional or qualify by video for FREE! Super Early Bird teams may also qualify at a Soffe Spirit Open Championship for 50% off the registration fees.

Standard Deposit: $ 1000 per team - Due with all registrations after November 2, 2010.

All deposits are non-refundable.*

*If you take advantage of the Super Early Bird registration/deposit and your team fails to receives 70% of the total possible points, your deposit less the registration fees for the event at which you competed, will be refunded.

Payment in Full
Final payment of the full amount is due to Cheer Ltd by February 4, 2011.

Any team failing to submit final payment by February 4, 2011 will be assessed a $ 500 per team late fee.

Refunds and Changes
No refunds for payments made will be given after December 31, 2010. All deposits are non-refundable.

Changes in a team's account may be made without penalty until January 14, 2011.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Changes may be made to a team's account after January 14, 2011 however, ANY change will result in a $ 100change fee PER CHANGE.
* Last day to make a reduction in the number of competitors with the $ 100 change fee is February 4, 2011.
* Last day to make any divisional change with the $ 100 change fee is February 25, 2011.

Payment Information
No personal checks are accepted.

School and organization checks accepted until February 4, 2011.

After February 4, 2011, only cashier's checks, money orders and Visa/Mastercard are accepted.

Submit one payment per team, please. We cannot accept individual remittances.

A $ 35 return check fee will be assessed for any returned check (in addition to the invoice amount due).

Hotel Information
Teams purchasing the housing package must book rooms through Cheer Ltd. Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is not able to disclose information regarding teams, reservations, or room block availability.

Room types will include a minimum of the following accommodations (depending on hotel booking, rooms may have more sleeping capacity, e.g. two beds in a room booked as a single):
Quad - 2 beds; Triple - 1 bed, 1 pullout bed; Double - 1 bed; Single - 1 bed

Housing plan rates include applicable state and local room taxes. South Carolina does not recognize schools or recreation leagues as tax exempt.

Cheer Ltd will not confirm hotel reservation information until full payment is made and all necessary paperwork is received and processed.
