2009-10 Dance Divisions
Teams perform routines in specialized dance areas. Cheer Ltd follows the USASF Dance Rules. The age of the competitors as of August 31, 2009 will be the age used for competition purposes throughout the 2009-10 season. Exception: the cut-off date for the maximum age of the Senior teams (18) will remain May 31st 2009 for the 2009-2010 season. Routines must be all-music and may not exceed 2:30 minutes NEW!. All dance divisions combine scholastic, recreation, all star and studio "teams".
