2012-13 Collegiate Team Divisions

All collegiate teams will perform on a standard cheer mat. All routines must follow the AACCA College Cheerleading Safety Rules and may not exceed 2:30 minutes. Amount of music is not dictated by Cheer Ltd however, voice is a category that is scored. (See scoresheets for more information.) Eligibility covers current members and accepted 2012-13 recruits. *Athletes must be enrolled at the school they are representing as a full-time student and meet all eligibility guidelines set forth by the college/university as a student athlete of that college/university.

2012-13 Collegiate Dance Team Divisions

Teams perform routines in specialized dance areas. Cheer Ltd follows the USASF Dance Rules. Collegiate dance teams will perform during the Saturday dance rotation at Cheer Ltd Nationals on a 40' x 40' dance floor. Awards will be presented during the Open College Championships, Friday, March 15, 2013. Routines must be all-music and may not exceed 2:30 minutes.

*Athletes must be enrolled at the school they are representing as a full-time studen and meet all eligibility guidelines set forth by the college/university as a student of that college/university.

2012-13 Collegiate Individual and Small Group Divisions

Collegiate Individuals and Stunt Groups will perform on a 54' x 42' standard cheer mat. All teams and individuals will follow the AACCA cheerleading guidelines. Individual cheerleader routines may not exceed 1:30 minutes. Amount of music is not dictated by Cheer Ltd however, voice could be an area considered when scoring the "Crowdleading" category for individuals (see Individual Cheerleader Score Sheet for more information). Stunt group routines must not exceed 1:30 and use all-music. Stunt routines may not incorporate choreographed motions (other than the flyer during a stunt), tumbling (unless part of the stunt/transition), dance or jumps. Eligibility covers current members and accepted 2012-13 recruits.

COMPETE ALL THREE DAYS

Want to compete all three days of the Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM weekend? Add Open Level 6 to your collegiate registration and you can! For just $ 1988 you can compete Day One (Saturday) and Day Two (Sunday) in the all star arena and take home a second championship...if you're good enough!!!! For less than $ 3000 total ($ 988 collegiate division and $ 1988 open level 6 division) you can compete Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

For more information, check out the USASF Level 6 rules to make sure your routine will comply with all Level 6 rules - www.usasf.net. If not, you should be able to easily adjust to comply since the rules are similar. Next, make sure you look at the All Star Score Sheets for scoring and judging categories.
