Teams

• Registration fee - $ 20 per competitor
• 2 coaches admitted FREE per team
• Deadline for registration is October 15, 2010
• Late registration accepted with $ 100 late fee October 16 - 22, 2010
• No registrations will be accepted after October 22, 2010
• Team photos for the official event program are accepted through October 15, 2010 by mail or email (high resolution jpeg format only)
• Photo submission form must accompany each photo to ensure correct information is printed
• Team photos will not be included in the program for all late registrations and those received after October 15, 2010
• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Upon receipt of registration form and full payment, a confirmation packet will be sent to the listed coach
• A team roster and a completed waiver for each participant are due October 15, 2010 in order to be cleared to compete

Vendors

• Registration fee - $ 300 single booth space; $ 550 double booth space
• Deadline for registration is October 1, 2010
• Late registration accepted with $ 75 late fee October 2 - 15, 2010
• No refunds after September 1, 2010
• Exhibitor Registration Form - available in August
