Teams

• Brochure with registration form is mailed to all NC schools no later than mid August. If you don't receive your brochure, please contact Scotti at 800-477-8868.
• Registration fee - $ 20 per competitor
• 2 coaches admitted FREE per team; additional coaches are $ 20 each.
• Deadline for registration is October 21, 2011
• Late registration accepted with $ 100 late fee October 22 - 27, 2011
• No registrations will be accepted after October 27, 2011
• Team photos for the official event program are accepted through October 21, 2011 by mail or email (high resolution jpeg format only) MORE INFO

• Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Upon receipt of registration form and full payment, a confirmation packet will be sent to the listed coach via email. Please make sure your email accepts Cheer Ltd's emails!
• A team roster and a completed waiver for each participant are due October 15, 2011 in order to be cleared to compete

Vendors and Advertiser

• Registration fee - $ 300 single booth space; $ 550 double booth space
• Deadline for registration is October 3, 2011
• Late registration accepted with $ 75 late fee October 4 - 21, 2011
• No refunds after September 1, 2011
