Teams

• Registration fee - $ 20 per competitor
• 2 coaches admitted FREE per team
• Deadline for registration is October 15, 2008
• Late registration accepted with $ 100 late fee October 16 - 25, 2008
• No registrations will be accepted after October 25, 2008
• Team photos for the official event program are accepted through October 15, 2008 by mail or email (hi resolution jpeg format only)
• Team photos will not be included in the program for all late registrations
• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Upon receipt of registration form and full payment, a confirmation packet will be sent to the listed coach
• At the event, you must present a team roster and completed waiver for each participant in order to be cleared to compete

Vendors

• Registration fee - $ 300 single booth space; $ 550 double booth space
• Deadline for registration is October 1, 2008
• Late registration accepted with $ 75 late fee October 2 - 15, 2008
• No refunds after September 1, 2008
